QUIET ROOM

- The Quiet Room is designed to help guests with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome, who are sensitive to noise and crowds, wait for their flights stress-free before departure.
- The room includes seating areas, activity equipment, and flight information screens to ensure guests can spend their time comfortably and stress-free until their flight.
- Our room is located on the airside of the Departures Floor of the International Terminal.
- To use the room, you can apply in advance by calling 0232 455 00 00 / 4505 or via email at adb.quietroom@tav.aero. Priority for room use is given to guests who make reservations.
- There is also a small, safe quiet room within the main room for individual use.
- To ensure our special guests can benefit highly from the room, we serve up to 6 guests at the same time, along with their companions.
- You can use the room with a maximum of 1 companion.
- The room cannot be used for purposes such as worship or changing diapers.
- For your health and the health of our guests, please do not step on the seats with shoes.
- Bringing food and drinks into the room, except for water, is not allowed.
