QUIET ROOM

  1. The Quiet Room is designed to help guests with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome, who are sensitive to noise and crowds, wait for their flights stress-free before departure.
  2. The room includes seating areas, activity equipment, and flight information screens to ensure guests can spend their time comfortably and stress-free until their flight.
  3. Our room is located on the airside of the Departures Floor of the International Terminal.
  4. To use the room, you can apply in advance by calling 0232 455 00 00 / 4505 or via email at adb.quietroom@tav.aero. Priority for room use is given to guests who make reservations.
  5. There is also a small, safe quiet room within the main room for individual use.
  6. To ensure our special guests can benefit highly from the room, we serve up to 6 guests at the same time, along with their companions.
  7. You can use the room with a maximum of 1 companion.
  8. The room cannot be used for purposes such as worship or changing diapers.
  9. For your health and the health of our guests, please do not step on the seats with shoes.
  10. Bringing food and drinks into the room, except for water, is not allowed.
