International Terminal Multi-Storey Parking Area

Located near the International Terminal, the multi-storey parking facility has 4 levels and a capacity of 2,237 vehicles. Each level is divided into three color-coded sections (e.g., 1st Floor Yellow A-B-C / Blue A-B-C / Red A-B-C).

The parking area operates with:

  • 5 entrance barriers
  • 4 exit barriers, structured as follows:
    • 2 manual payment points (Right Exit 1 and 2): Payments can be made via cash or credit card.
    • 1 automatic PAY-EXIT point (Right Exit 3): Only credit card payments are accepted. Designed to enable faster exit for passengers.
    • 1 subscriber exit point (Right Exit 4): Reserved for subscribed users only.

International Terminal Access

  • The arrival level is connected to the multi-storey parking via 2 elevated ramp bridges.
  • The departure level is connected via 2 pedestrian bridges.

Domestic Terminal Multi-Storey Parking Area

Located near the Domestic Terminal, the multi-storey parking facility has 4 levels and a capacity of 2,523 vehicles. Each level is divided into two color-coded sections (e.g., 3rd Floor Blue / Red).

The parking area operates with:

  • 4 entrance barriers
  • 6 exit barriers, structured as follows:
    • 3 manual payment points (Right Exit 1, 2, and 3): Payments can be made via cash or credit card.
    • 2 automatic PAY-EXIT points (Right Exit 4 and 5): Only credit card payments are accepted. Designed to enable faster exit for passengers.
    • 1 subscriber exit point (Right Exit 6): Reserved for subscribed users only.
Domestic Terminal Access
  • Connected to the terminal via 2 pedestrian bridges located on the 4th floor.
  • To access the terminal from the parking area, passengers must take the elevator to the 4th floor.
 

Additional Sevices

Arrangements for Passengers with Disabilities

  • Designated disabled parking spaces are located on the rooftop levels of the multi-storey car parks.
  • These areas are clearly marked and equipped with ramps to facilitate movement.
  • Vehicles parked in these areas without proper authorization are announced and requested to vacate immediately.
  • Warning signs and penalty notices are in place to prevent unauthorized use.

In line with the Principles of Use of State Airports Authority;

- Vehicles driven by or carrying PRM are not charged for a fee up to a maximum of 15 days for each visit.      Not only having a notice of "Disabled Person's Vehicle" on the license of the car is sufficient, but also PRM shall be within the vehicle.

- Vehicles driven by or carrying 1st degree relatives of the martyrs are not charged for a fee up to a maximum of 15 days for each visit.

- Vehicles driven by or carrying veterans are not charged for a fee up to a maximum of 15 days for each visit.

- In the event PRM is in the car during the entry but will not be in the car during the exit, "Parking Garage Subscription Center" shall be informed during the entry for a free of charge exit. In case the subscription center is not informed and PRM is not in the car during the exit, a parking fee shall be paid.

*** Motorcycles do not require a parking fee for the parking garage of the International Terminal; however they shall pay a fee for the parking garage of the Domestic Terminal. Motorcycles are not allowed in the parking lots.

Yes, there is. The bag storage facilities in the International Terminal are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item.

No. As of January 1, 2025, the printed Overseas Departure Duty stamp application has been abolished. You can make your Overseas Departure Duty payments through the Digital Tax Office, the GIB Mobile Application, internet and mobile branches of participating banks, cash desks and ATMs, PTT, tax offices, or the payment desks and kiosks at the airport.
The Tax-Free Office is located at the International Terminal. You should go there to complete the required procedures. After you are finished there, you can obtain a refund from the Tax-Free Office desk next to the Information Desk.
The TAV Lost and Found Office is at the International Terminal and is open 24/7.
